error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

环境：Windows 10,  python 3.5

问题：pip install numpy 出现错误提示error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

解决：安装vs 2015 community，注意一定要勾选 Programming Languages  ->  Visual C++  ->  Common Tools for Visual C++ 2015
